Shipping policy

Our policy is to ship domestic shipments by the most economical ground service selected from among our various shipping partners (Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, Purolator, FedEx).  Shipping costs in Canada are based on a flat rate linked to your province.  Occasionally, a shipment cannot be economically sent for the quoted rate (extremely heavy or bulky items sent to a remote location).  We will contact you to advise of the shipping surcharge or optionally cancel the order.

For quicker delivery times, you can contact us at refstuff@gmail.com or 1-866-REFSTUFF for Air Express delivery rates.  Most urban addresses in Canada can receive overnight delivery.  Rural areas are usually two days. 

Our policy is to ship international shipments by the most economical service selected from among our various shipping partners (Canada Post, UPS, USPS, DHL, Purolator, FedEx).  For overseas orders, the quote is based on ocean shipping which can be slow.  If you want Air Shipping, please contact us at refstuff@gmail.com or 1-866-REFSTUFF.  The shipping price quoted on your invoice is an estimate only.  If the actual cost exceeds the quoted cost, we will contact you to advise of the shipping surcharge or optionally cancel the order.  

All orders over $50 will be sent with a tracking number.

We strongly suggest you use a "Shipping Address" where someone will be available to accept the package.  Using your business address is a good option and can result in slightly faster delivery times.
