Shipping Policy
SHIPPING Canada & US:
Beginning in 2022 - Force Products will be shipped Free in Canada and the US (with a possible surcharge for bags to certain addresses). Not applicable to return shipping fees.
Our domestic shipping charges are based on the value of your order and your location and range from $9.95 - $27.95:
All quoted shipping prices include shipping to Canadian and US addresses via Canada Post Expedited, UPS, Purolator, Canpar or US Postal Service service. This level of service provides the best level of value, speed and tracking. Delivery to most locations is usually 5-7 days. NOTE: Rural or remote areas are subject to surcharges. We will advise you before shipping.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Quicker shipping options (overnight or two days) are available and are based on the weight of the shipment and the destination. If you require express shipping, please place your order as usual then contact us at refstuff@gmail.com or 1-866-733-7883 to request a quicker shipping quote. We use either Purolator Courier, UPS or Priority Courier for overnight or 2 day shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We regularly ship items worldwide. International customers should order on line. The order system will provide an estimate for international shipping. If the actual cost is more, we will contact you before proceeding. All Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs/duty charges.
RETURNS
Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 30 of purchase on goods that are unused (except to try them on), not altered and in their original packaging.
You must contact us at refstuff@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to return or exchange products. All international returns must be sent by Postal Service with customs/duty charges prepaid. We will not accept "payment due" shipments.
